I get that sometimes things may come up and you have to cancel, if you are unable to make the scheduled appointment please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. I charge a 50% cancellation policy if it’s not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.. By making the appointment and putting card information in, you are agreeing to this policy.
